- Quote reference if you retrieve an existing written quote.
- Property imagery and measurements we use to prepare your quote (e.g. publicly available Street View / aerial imagery of the property exterior).

How and why we use it (lawful bases)
- To prepare and provide your quote and respond to enquiries — performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract.
- To contact you about your enquiry or quote — legitimate interests (running our business and replying to you), or consent.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising — only with your consent (analytics & advertising cookies).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under appropriate agreements:
- Email delivery (to send and receive enquiry notifications).
- Hosting and infrastructure (to run the website and store your quote).
- Google Analytics & Google Ads — only if you consent. These may transfer data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quote data only as long as needed to provide the quote and for our legitimate business and legal/accounting needs, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained per the settings in our analytics account.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (including for cookies, via the banner).
